Who this is for: You love staying fit and strong. You don't get any problems with day to day stuff but when you get to the gym or sports field there are some movements that worry you. What if I don’t know which level to choose?

If in doubt, go one level lower than you think. There is a lot of crossover in exercises. The only difference is the level of demand and control required. Whatever level you choose and complete, you will be improving your function and reducing your pain.

Don’t worry though - if you get started and feel you’ve chosen the wrong level...just let us know within 30 days and we will transfer your access to a different level.

Meet Your Exercise Physiologist

Hey! I’m Luke Kane. Founder of MTP Health and MTP Online.

Just like you I struggled with annoying knee pain nearly 20years - so, I understand the challenges you face dealing with knee pain while staying active. I completed at an international level (participating in the CrossFit Games in 2013 and 2015) while managing my own long-term knee issues thanks to some osteoarthritis in my left knee as a result of an injury and subsequent surgery I had nearly 20 years ago.

I designed these programs based on the years of experience working with people from all levels and abilities.
